What is Playharda Together?

Playharda Together brings together independent adult retailers and allows them to have a voice. It puts retailers first, giving them the power to buy what they want at exclusively discounted prices.

It helps retailers to stand out, offers choice, and helps drive their business forward. 

 

 

How Does It Work?

Playharda Together is an exclusive VIP Club. It gives independent retailers access to new brands before they drop into our regular assortment, and at discounted rates exclusive to members.
Members will be offered a choice of products each month, and also asked for their opinions on future selections, giving them buying power and influence over which direction the UK pleasure products industry moves.

What Do I Have To Do?

Joining our Playharda Together program is completely free for Independent Adult Retailers who are based in the UK. The only requirement we have is that you will need to place orders totalling at least £250 per month to continue to receive the benefits and discounts of Playharda Together. That’s it!

Terms & Conditions

Minimum spend - Members will be required to meet a spend of at least £250 per month to retain their Playharda Together membership.

 

Shipping Costs - Shipping costs are excluded from £250 spend per month.

 

Free Testers - Free testers are subject to availability, minimum order and brand.

 

Sale Or Return - Sale or Return products must have been trialled for at least 6 months in-store from order date. Products must be returned in unopened, unused and good condition with no damaged or opened packaging. Any testers for that product must be returned when returning products. 

Together's Choice Box - This is offered to those who don't want to choose themselves or don't have time. The box will have a value of at least £250 and will contain a mix of new products as requested by retailers and also our top picks. 
The price of the box will vary from month to month, depending on contents. Contents will usually contain at least 3 SKUs of each product and may include testers for bricks and mortar stores, subject to availability and brand.

 

Timeline for Playharda Together

Our typical timeline for Playharda Together is as follows:
1) Middle of month - product order form sent out with latest offers

2) Approx. 1 week later - deadline for orders

3) Start of following month - Orders dispatched to retailers inc. Together's Choice Box

4) Middle of month - next product order form sent out with new offers

 

Closing Your Membership

Retailers can close their PlayHarda Together at any time, however, all benefits and ongoing discounts will be lost.
